Rate yourself on the each of the
following statements on a scale of 1 to 5 where
1 = not at all and 5 = very much so. If you
feel courageous, circulate these questions and ask your employees and co-workers
to rate you.
Am I clear on what I want and where I want to
go?
- I have a clear sense of
what is important to me (my values).
- I have a clear sense of
who I am (my identity/strengths).
- I have a clear sense of
how I want to contribute (purpose).

where I am going (direction).

force.
Do I bring out the best in others?
- I focus on the best in
others - acknowledging their strengths frequently.
- I see it as important to
offer to coach, mentor, and provide feedback to others.
- I foster environments that
reward learning and risk taking.

my strengths and my vulnerabilities.
Am I being my best?
- I am clear about what I am
like when I am operating at my best.
