The Conversation Continues
A recent Corporate Rebels blog post says it well: "The world of work is in stark need of a revolution. The way we work is outdated, broken, and fundamentally flawed. Only a handful of people seem to be engaged at work, while at the same time, large amounts of employees are burned-out, disengaged or miserable at work."
With that in mind, the Evolution of Work conversation continues on Tuesday, July 11 from 6 to 8 p.m. at the Business Resource and Innovation Center (BRIC) in the Tempe Public Library at 3500 S. Rural Road. We'd love to have you join us.
These gatherings represent an ongoing dialogue (the second Tuesday of every month) with people in the greater Phoenix area who are exploring, or perhaps actively experimenting with, how to rethink and redesign how people work together. Our hope is to build a local community of practice dedicated to shared learning, collaboration, and accelerating the shift toward more effective ways of leading and working in the 21st century.
Our gatherings involve a sharing circle format where each person has an opportunity to share what brings them to the conversation and any unique insights or experiences they have. A specific conversation agenda will be co-created by the group in the moment. Bring a friend and be prepared to share what you've been learning recently about "next stage" organizations!
Note: If you haven't already done so, please complete our Evolution of Work community database form and join the EoW Slack channel.
